Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of software products developed and sold by Shubh Bansal (“Developer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the Box Manufacturing ERP System and any related software, updates, or services.
By completing a purchase or using any of our software products, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with a purchase or use our software.
License Terms
Grant of License
Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the purchased software on your authorised hardware for your internal business operations, in accordance with the plan purchased.
License Scope by Plan
- Trial Access: License is valid for 2 months from the date of activation. Access expires automatically at the end of the trial period.
- Regular Plan: License is valid for the initial setup period and continues annually upon payment of the applicable annual subscription fee. Failure to renew terminates the active license.
- Lifetime Access: License is perpetual and does not expire, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Usage Restrictions
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell the software or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
- Transfer, sublicense, or otherwise grant rights in the software to any third party
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use the software for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
The license is granted to the purchasing business entity or individual. Use by multiple business entities or at multiple unrelated locations may require additional licenses.
Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase is binding.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways. By submitting payment, you authorise the processing of the applicable amount. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.
Annual Subscription
For the Regular Plan, the annual subscription fee of ₹5,000 is due on each anniversary of your initial purchase date. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified in advance of upcoming renewal charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time before the next renewal date by notifying us in writing at shubh.bansal1504@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to any refund for the current subscription period.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. This applies to trial access fees, setup fees, annual subscription fees, and lifetime access payments without exception. We strongly recommend utilising the Trial Access plan to evaluate the software before committing to any longer-term option.

Updates and Support
For the Regular Plan, active annual subscription entitles the customer to available software updates, bug fixes, and access to our support channel. For Lifetime Access, updates and support are included at no additional cost. Trial Access includes support limited to the trial period only.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the software. Material changes will be communicated to active customers in advance.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software, including but not limited to source code, design, architecture, documentation, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Shubh Bansal. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shubh Bansal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the software — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our software after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
