Policy Statement
All payments made to Shubh Bansal for software products — including but not limited to the Box Manufacturing ERP System — are strictly non-refundable. This applies universally across all pricing plans:
- Trial Access fee (₹3,000)
- Regular Plan setup fee (₹15,000) and annual subscription fee (₹5,000)
- Lifetime Access fee (₹60,000)
Once a payment has been processed and confirmed, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued, except where expressly required by applicable law.
Rationale
Our software products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon payment, the license is activated and the software is made available immediately. Given the nature of digital software delivery, we are unable to “un-deliver” the product once access has been granted.
This policy is consistent with standard practice for software licensing and digital products.
Our Recommendation
We strongly encourage all prospective customers to begin with the Trial Access plan before committing to a long-term option. The Trial Access plan provides full access to all core features for a period of 2 months, giving you ample time to:
- Evaluate the software in your actual production environment
- Assess suitability for your specific business workflows
- Train staff and gather internal feedback
- Confirm the product meets your operational requirements
Only proceed with a Lifetime or Regular Plan purchase once you are fully satisfied that the software fits your needs.
Subscription Cancellation
For Regular Plan customers, you may cancel your annual subscription at any time before the renewal date. Cancellation will prevent future charges from being applied. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, whether full or partial.
To cancel, contact us at least 7 days before your renewal date at shubh.bansal1504@gmail.com with your purchase details and cancellation request.
Exceptions
In the event of a verified technical failure that prevents access to the software and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, we will work with the customer to find an equitable resolution, which may include an extension of the license term. Refunds will not be issued except where mandated by Indian consumer protection law.
Disputes
Before initiating any dispute with a payment provider or bank, we ask that you contact us directly so we can address your concern. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of software access and may be contested.
